I know it’s been a while since I last blogged on my site, but my health has been like a jerking roller coaster. I have had plenty of days where I lay immobilized in pain and then there will be one good day that I try to catch up on my household chores. Sometimes I definitely overdo it because I don’t know when the next time I will be able to do laundry of even attempt to vacuum without totally losing my breath. I was happy to hear that some states are really taking action towards Sarcoidosis Awareness. My friend Emma has a list of them on her site. Hopefully we are taking a turn for the better in helping to get the information out there and not have to explain why we can’t walk without getting winded, or why most of us look the way we do due to the medications and symptoms of this disease. Another friend of mines named Tee (alias "the Gardener") has started a wonderful T-shirt line w/accessories to help explain what we go through without us having to open our mouths. I think they are hilarious. It is just what we need to move us away from crying all of the time. Another thing that TeeGee does is publish a comic strip that also gives us laughs as well as educate others on the disease. All of these links are posted via my favorites on this page. Please take a look at your convenience. Well it is getting late again on one of those sleepless nights that I have and I have to get things prepared for my youngest’s first tv audition tomorrow. ^_^ Wish I could be there with her, but traveling hurts too much and the last thing I need to do is make her sad on her happy day.
Take care everyone
